Loving Lately: Peanut Butter Popsicles

What I'm loving lately:
  • Peanut Butter Popsicles. At least that's what I call them. The simple act of scooping peanut butter onto a spoon. Lately I've been extra busy and needing to grab something on the go. So I've been taking along a peanut butter cup to satisfy hunger until I can make something more substantial.
  • Cool Weather. Seriously, it's beginning to almost feel like Autumn around here. *happy dance*  I want Fall to come so bad!
  • Having hubby home. He's had a crazy two weeks at work. I'm ready for it to slow down.
  • Reading. Since I've been waiting around a lot (at practices, at the hospital) I've had the nice side benefit of reading time. I've torn through some incredible books and feel almost full of stories. :D It's a happy feeling.
What are you loving lately?

  1. Where do you get peanut butter CUPS? My son would be all over this. He used to have peanut butter on a spoon as a snack all the time. Now we eat natural peanut butter and it's too drippy ... but this, THIS looks cool!

I hope you have a restful evening, Catherine! You deserve it. xoxo

  5. Ok, fell behind a little again...I swear, I miss one day and it's a gateway to stop reading for days at a time. Ugh!

Catherine, these typed words can't express this enough--I wish I could make them bigger, but--Congratulations on finishing the guitar!!! I'm so happy for you! And it turned out beautifully! Can you believe the first time I heard that song was at the Olympics' opening ceremony? Great choice : ] Have you given it to the owner(s) yet? I bet they love it!

Even though I don't know what it means, I like the puddle picture : ]

Yay peanut butter! I always forget about it but it really is so delicious. And I wish I had a blog post to link up with you this week. Hopefully next week!

And just yesterday I looked outside, saw the breeze swaying the trees and told my mom "Fall is coming" and then smiled inwardly. I love this time of year--when I get summer days and fall days all in one week. And then Fall itself is so beautiful and inspiring. Winter makes me long for summer again haha (even though I like rain!), but I'm ready for Fall right now too : ]

    1. You make me smile, Beckie. I hope you never feel you've got to catch up. I just love when you're able to stop by. I don't usually post on the Sat/Sun, but it's something new I'm trying sans comments - to keep myself from being on the internet too much on the weekend. As for the puddle picture, it's the rain I was savoring. :)
