I also included no white bread, white rice,noodles and white potatoes. It was extremely hard the first week. I have lost 13 lbs. I feel less bloated and although I cheat once in awhile, it's getting less and less. I now find that eating any of those foods that I have omitted make me feel ill. So Cathy Kudos to you! I know how hard the break was but I know for me, it was so worth it! I did a similar thing a few years ago when I cut out all processed foods and I felt so energetic after a week and lost weight too. I kept it up for about 3 months but as soon as I allowed myself to taste the forbidden food I was back to my old ways again, drat!
